The first foray for RAPIDFIRE into the 16 vs 16 format has come to an end with the last round of nGR BF2Masters matches being played before finals this week. Finishing 7th out of an original field of 14 teams, with 4 wins and 6 losses - early expectations for team rF to make finals without any problems weren't realised once competition commenced. However a lot of fun was had by the team during the games, and the players gained some valuable experience playing the format.
I had the chance to catch up with the skipper, Gibo, and he had this to say.
CYZLAK: With the BF2Masters comp now over for rapidfire, how did you think the team went overall?
Gibo: ill give a response to that after ive eaten
Thanks to netGameRadio for organising and providing commentary for the tournament, and also thanks to all the teams we scrimmed.
